Package Policies for our Virtual Clients

RECEIVING PACKAGES

  1. We accept packages on behalf of our virtual tenants as long as they are reasonable in size and addressed to the business and not the individual.
  2. We will not accept large furniture, tables etc
  3. Package Handling Fee: We do not charge a handling fee for accepting and handling packages on behalf of our tenants. However, we reserve the right to refuse any packages that exceed a reasonable volume or frequency of incoming shipping.
  4. Storage: We offer a limited amount of package storage for our tenants. If the package is not picked up within 7 days, we reserve the right to return the package to the sender or dispose of it.

SHIPPING PACKAGES

  1. WE DO NOT SHIP PACKAGES OUT

PICKING UP PACKAGES

  1. ALL Packages must be picked up in Person, during our Regular business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
    • We may require you to present identification before picking up packages
  2. Text us when on the way to help speed up the pickup
